The new tech we’ve had the last few months has been great. Definitely seeing a turn around with the bugs on the ground and have been switched to a green product finally. To be honest the communication at the office level can be a bit challenging and there is a lot of red tape just trying to make changes to the plan as an already established customer. Also they should really call the customer and make sure appointment times work—because someone needs to be home to do the inside service if needed and to discuss the inspections, etc. if desired.
They answer calls and do come out if you have issues. And they are always professional in the way they speak to customers. Working with the public can be challenging so I do commend them on that.

Been using Turner Pest since house is new. They do a great job. The technicians are excellent. They really know their job, show up on time and do a very thorough job. If any issues arise they don’t hesitate to come back at a later time after treatment, highly recommend Turner Pest.

Mike did great jobs this morning to taking care my house inside and outside. He patiently lessened my concerns and explained to me what he would do and for which purpose.
He not only did the pest control but also cleaned the spider webs and others from the outside walls and ceiling.
Especially very appreciate to his professionalism to put shoe covers before entering my house
I would like him to serve me in the future.

I was under the impression that the house would be trenched on 3 sides with bait stations in the back around the pool deck for termites. I now have unsightly stations in the front of my house in the decorative garden area. My advice is to make sure you are aware of exactly what they are installing prior to installation. Installer was courteous and installation was quick. However, I feel like they should have vacuumed up their mess for $1,488.

George showed the kind of customer service that is genuinely helpful, considerate and epitomizes what a good technician means to customers. The impending storm gave him reason to offer me the opportunity to reschedule and when it turned out not to happen, George circled back after servicing another customer in the neighborhood to complete the service.
