Been with TPC for years. Inconsistent service. Obvious frequent turnover of staff. My lawn, which was pristine, was treated on 5-24-24 with fertilizer, insecticide, and pesticide in over 90 degree temps. My lawn went from beautiful to browned out (see before/after photos). Tech did not appear knowledgeable about what he was doing. This is the 3rd time this had occurred since I've been with them. I've been on the phone now for over 2.5hrs and still waiting to talk to someone. Incompetent and unresponsive company. Great way to treat a 30-year retired serviceman on Memorial Day weekend. You'd best be served by staying away from this company!

Rick was a an amazing tech. He was very knowledgeable And answered all my questions. Wish she could be my permanent technician. He is very friendly and good at his job thank you Rick. It was a pleasure today.

I have used Turner Pest Control for almost a year now and they have managed my fertilizers and pest control. If you have a question or problem they get right on it giving you answer or sending someone out to address your problem. The technicians are courteous and give you a call or email the day before they arrive. I am very pleased and recommend them to anyone

Been with them for a little over a year. So today I had a scheduled service for spraying outside and inside. So the tech comes out to just knock down the snails that are on the outside of my home and ask me if that was all I said no you are supposed to spray inside and outside. Do you think he did? Maybe a portion of the back but did not come inside and basically just left with no acknowledgment of him completing his service. So I canceled service with them. After calling to cancel, the lady told me that it’s now canceled In the system. Something told me to call back and ask for a receipt. After calling back, the lady never canceled my service.

Turner is inconsistent. I use them at my personal home and have had terrific service. Nothing but wonderful, wonderful things to say about the technicians and the results. However, I also use Turner’s commercial services at my nonprofit’s two buildings and have had a horrible experience. Multiple rescheduled appointments, unanswered email communications, their invoicing has been spotty and also incorrect, and I’ve tried contacting their customer service twice about our poor technician experience and got zero response. We signed a contract with them but haven’t seen nor heard from them again. It’s as if they simply disappeared and decided not to continue service for us without telling us. These issues have been ongoing since Sept. 2023 and it is now May 2024. Awarding three stars because of the GREAT residential service, but subtracting two because of poor commercial service. EDIT: as a result of the below response from the company, I emailed the provided email address AND the general customer service email address both on 5/30/24. Today is 7/5/24 and I have still not received a response.
