I used this service to get rid of an ant issue I had. Was told when I called to sign up that it was $99 to start service and $45 for the first visit. And the first visit included a 2 week follow up. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid the first $99 and $45 for someone to come out. They were amazing and the issue was resolved before the follow up visit. At that point I called and cancelled my subscription. The next month I was charged $45. I called to ask why I was charged as I had cancelled my subscription. They told me they would reach out to the billing department and get back with me. They never did. I reach out on their online chat and explained the situation . They “apologized” for the fact I was given the wrong information and that I was responsible for a past due balance of $90. I told them I am not responsible for any payment that I did not agree to or authorize. They said I could reach out to a manager if I’d like and disconnected the chat. So I had to call my bank to reverse the unauthorized charged. Support and billing were disrespectful and rude.
The technician arrived on time and, even though it was an external only inspection, he came to the door to let me know he was here and would be working around the outside of the house for 25 minutes or so. He asked if there were any issues he needed to address, specifically. He also made sure our dogs were inside so he wouldn't disturb them. We have always had good service with Turner and this visit was no exception.
I've been using Turner Pest Control lawn services for about 6yrs. My new technician "Andrew" is by far the most stellar of them all. He is very professional and knowledgeable as a technician. He has thoroughly advised me regarding my lawn concerns on varies occasions and saved me numerous hours of labor and costly repairs. It is customer service such as this that I applaud. Keep up the great work!
Excellent office customer service and the technician who came out. With a new build next to a nature preserve, we needed help ... fast! After the initial service outside, the technician returned the next day to treat the interior. He was very thorough. He listened to all our concerns. He explained the different treatments for bugs and critters. We opted for the maintenance plan but, so far, I can see evidence it's working.
I would leave less stars if possible. I paid a $49 "startup" fee and then $69 for a lawn treatment. They initially came out and all they did was fertilize which made my situation worse. I then called them and they told me they would have a tech come out on 4/6 for a "spot treatment" to take care of my weeds. They claim they came out. They never did. I was home all day with a sick puppy. There was no sign left in the yard, my cameras did not pick up any movement, and my weed situation is not improved. They completely lied and took my money.
