The new tech we’ve had the last few months has been great. Definitely seeing a turn around with the bugs on the ground and have been switched to a green product finally. To be honest the communication at the office level can be a bit challenging and there is a lot of red tape just trying to make changes to the plan as an already established customer. Also they should really call the customer and make sure appointment times work—because someone needs to be home to do the inside service if needed and to discuss the inspections, etc. if desired.
They answer calls and do come out if you have issues. And they are always professional in the way they speak to customers. Working with the public can be challenging so I do commend them on that.

I used Turner pest control for my termite bond and have been very pleased. They’re very regular. They check the units that they have installed and they’ve come into my garage when necessary. Tray did a very good job today.

Mike did great jobs this morning to taking care my house inside and outside. He patiently lessened my concerns and explained to me what he would do and for which purpose.
He not only did the pest control but also cleaned the spider webs and others from the outside walls and ceiling.
Especially very appreciate to his professionalism to put shoe covers before entering my house
I would like him to serve me in the future.

I have emailed video recordings from my security cameras, revealing the technician's incomplete service, instead merely traversing the exterior of my residence. Owen assured me that the technician would return to complete the service; however, this has not occurred, highlighting serious concerns regarding the company's professionalism, ethics and reliability.
