We had Slug-A-Bug service for 4 years and stopped service because we moved out of state. They were great to work with, from start to finish. Their employees are very professional, prompt and courteous. We had the termite treatment, pest control and rodent control services. We could track all treatments and services on our dashboard on their website, which is a great plus. We constantly had small spider sacks on our screen covering our pool area I kept having to clean off. Since starting their quarterly treatments they haven’t been an issue. The price is right and their service excellent. I highly recommend them.

We have been using slug-a-bug for a couple years and have always had great customer service with every technician and haven’t seen a bug inside our house since we started using them. The real reason I’m writing this review though is because of our technician Jimmie who has been our tech the last few visits. He is courteous, kind, and takes great pride in his work. I can’t say enough good things about him. Thanks Jimmie for always going above and beyond!

Out of 7 calls to other companies, i chose Slug A Bug! Quick and easy communication. Answered and confirmed all questions quickly. Reasonably priced and super fast service. Jimmy Hall and Chris, the techs, were more than fantastic! Knowledgeable, on time, super friendly and polite. Plus, they gave me a 60 day guarantee!

Slug - A - Bug is the BEST! For many years I had another pest control company taking care of the insects and I was constantly calling them to come out to re-spray because of the ants and roach issues! I finally called Slug a Bug and they have done a excellent job! Ed has done a fantastic job each and every time!
Since Slug -A - Bug has taken over my Lawn also and it has turned into a beautiful lawn! Kyle has done a fantastic job, When I had another company spraying the lawn I had dead spots everywhere, When I contacted the company they gave me every excuse known to man! when Ed came out to do the pest control he stated those dead spots were from their hose leaking and not insects! So I cancelled when the other lawn care business were not willing to make things right! Kyle from Slug A Bug took over
now I have a beautiful lawn! Guys keep up the Great Job!!

Slug-a-Bug has been wonderful. They are so responsive to any problem that we are experiencing. James has taken good care of us over the years. He always send a text the day before he comes to see if there is a problem we need addressed.I would highly recommend their services.
