Prior to signing up for services with Ratchet Roach, I used another lawn treatment service for 2 years. My yard was brown, dry and crunchy when I walked on it. Landlord Amazed w/Results!
It was a neighborhood problem. No fault of my tenant. My home is now 100% free of mice, rats and rodents. Once Ratchet Pest Control completed closing every single areas outside,
I have never had one single occurrance since installation. My tenant has not said anything to me. Landlords love this!
I have been So Completely Satified with the results of Ratchet Pest Control, two more of my rental properties were completed this past year.
Anyone having a mice because of your off grade or crawl space under your house. Ratchet with out do a Top company I had used for 3 years just draining money from me. I paid $1200 for an extraction then the quarterly payment for years.
Ratchet out performs Companies 100 times there size.

Ratchet Roach Pest Control takes care of it all for my home.They handle our mosquito/flea treatment and lawn treatment for weed control.I will recommend this company to anyone needing great service.

I live in Oregon but I am always helping my son in Jacksonville. When I went to visit I was pretty appalled at the roach infestation. These guys have been great. They arrange a time so he didn’t have to miss work. They had to come several times close together to get it under control. They will point out things that you can do to not attract the bugs. Now they only come quarterly. Always on time and professional 👍
