We recommend Pest Assured without reservation. Todd is amazingly thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. We have no doubt that our pest problem is resolved. Price and yearly evaluations were both lower than the other big, well know companies, many of which have been bought by a foreign company and are no longer recommended by those who have hired them. We are grateful that we found Todd and Pest Assured!

Excellent service! He called me on Monday morning, set up an appointment for later that day, come out to inspect and install bait stations for termites the very next morning! He was finished in less than 2 hours. He is friendly, personable, and seems like a trustworthy guy.
He also has great prices compared to two other companies that quoted me. Also, one of the other companies said they'd call me back within 48 hours and they didn't. It's been more than a week now and they still haven't called me back. I guess they didn't want my business, but it's okay because I got a better company to come out! Thank goodness the other guys didn't call me back.
It's hard to find good service and trustworthy companies these days, so it's so nice to know I've found one.
I'll update in a few months to let you know how the bait stations are working.
Update: It's been a year now since my review and I want to say this guy is still the best. The bait stations are working. I was under the house and saw some mud tubes, which I wasn't sure if they were active, so I called Pest Assured and he came out to inspect the next day. I went with him to show him what I saw and he explained what they'd look like if they were active. He scraped them and saw there was no activity.
Now I know what to look for so I can rest assured with Pest Assured. Sorry. I had to do it. It's a great name! 😁

I originally wanted to go with a big-name company like Orkin or Terminix to deal with my pest problem (an ant and small roach infestation), but after browsing their rates and seeing the general lack of responsiveness to customers being reflected in reviews, I decided to look local. I had Pest Assured come to my house last week to do work for us and they came for a free consultation before quoting us.
In terms of responsiveness, they’re quick to reply to any messages you leave in the office and Todd, the main owner of the business, will respond to you promptly and personally. He also has his mobile number posted on the company website so he can be reached there (or, as in my case, he used it to reach out to me to return my call). He and his family work the business together and they are all very professional in their work.
As for the work they did for our home, Todd was the one who serviced us. He was extremely timely (early or on time for both the consultation and treatment) and both efficient and kind. He was also very considerate of our time and made sure to answer all of our many questions kindly and in detail. He understands what customers want in terms of eco-friendly treatment options and also doing the treatment with no trouble and in as short of a time as possible- not to mention he was very friendly and open to conversation. This made it really easy to talk to him about prevention options and he was quick to identify how and where the ants were coming into our home.
After doing a ton of research, I found that Pest Assured offered better rates and less strict treatment plans with a 90-day guarantee. If you have any issues in those three months, Todd explained that he is willing to come service us for free in that time. I really love how Todd and Pest Assured took care of us and will update again in three months to give an update on how the service treatment held up. Thank you again, Pest Assured, for the amazing work!

We called Pest Assured because we had already tried to get rid of the bugs ourselves with toxic bug bombs, bait tablets, sprays, Advion bait... NONE of them worked.
Pest Assured is a family owned business and they had 5 star reviews across the board.
Our experience was definitely 5 star!!
The bug spray doesn't harm people, animals, or plants/ fish, so we didn't have to make any accommodations or move anything out of the house.
(what a relief!)
Todd came out that same week, he was on time, and he answered every single question I had. ( Including the biggest question of all..........How did we get bugs? Answer: They were brought into the house on/in something.)
Todd was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable.
He removed light switch plates to spray, removed drawers to spray, and everything was put back perfectly when he left. He explained what to expect over the next week AND that he would be back next week to do it all again.
The results?
The results were exactly as he described. We are now completely bug free AND Pest Assured customers for life!

While repairing our carport, we found termites. We called Pest Assured on a Friday and they came out the same day, answered questions, took measurements, and gave us a quote. They came back on Monday and installed the treatments and we also had them start quarterly pest control! How's that for service!? Very professional, informative, and thorough. HIGHLY recommend!
