Everyone be aware that many of these reviews are for Perschel and Meyer not Turner (the outfit that bought them somewhat recently). Perschel was perfect. Turner has been a disaster. I had to spray and remove a couple large wasp nests loaded with about 50 wasps each not long after a quarterly. They claimed to have checked the eaves. Only way to miss something like this is to not care about what you are doing. Then I just saw that turner increased my quarterly automatic payment by 50% since the last payment on both my properties. They said nothing in advance. This is not the first increase they have done. Turner took over maybe a couple year ago. They have almost doubled my bill. I am no longer a customer. Awful company!

Service is good , product barely works , u need to literally get all the products they have to see any change , it’s really not worth the money …. It’s better do a little research and to just buy the stuff u need and tackle it and get results , I had a one year contract with them and never seen a significant change is my lawn once it was up they didn’t call and they just tried to charge my card $125 for service ….. nope not how that works , CANCELLED

Technician came out to the house and didn’t want to spray because he thought it might rain. Fine. Made sense to me so I concurred. Got rescheduled for the next week. I took time off work to be there for the appointment only for them to no-show. I called customer service to ask what happened and they said they would look into it and call me back. Never did. I paid upfront for this headache yet they seem to be in no hurry to make things right. Go with anyone else.

On day one of a bathroom renovation, the crew found a large termite infestation when demoing the shower. After leaving messages with two other companies, I came across a positive review from a Perschel & Meyer customer who detailed being treated like a person rather than a number and gave them a call. I called between 10 & 11 in the morning and P&M was at my house by 2pm. Josh took a look not only at the bathroom, but inside and outside the entire home, and let me know he wanted to go back to the office to discuss his findings and recommendations with the company owner prior to making a recommendation to me. Within half an hour of leaving Josh called to say he'd like to come back by to discuss their recommendation; I found this to be a really nice touch of customer service. Josh explained the plan to me and as they understood I had a tight timeline due to the renovation, said they'd make arrangements to come out two days later if I wanted to move forward with the service. I did, and two days later Josh, the P&M owner, and several other team members arrived for a full day job that included injecting termite pesticide into the ground (drilling into concrete where necessary) to kill the current and prevent future termites. We were so pleased with their service and professionalism that we signed a termite bond with them and later asked them to handle our pest control and lawn care. They always call in advance to let you know when they're coming and are very easy to contact and quick to respond if you have a need in between services. They take obvious pride in what they do and are a company of which I will be a long time customer.

I don’t have any issues with the termite and initial pricing was very competitive. The lawn service was very good initially the price has increased up to $50 a month when I started at $35 or $38 and now i frequently have weeds and not a very thick lush lawn. They are very professional and responsive and likely better than most. Saint Augustine grass is a real pain in the summer as the soil in our neighborhood must be too sandy or something as most of us have issues. Top soil will help develop runners and hopefully thicken the lawn up.
