As in the past, Greg has always explained what and how he was going to perform the various tasks of inspecting and treating my home for the bed bugs beforehand. I have confidence in his skills to find and rid my living spaces of them. He is very professional and I am appreciative of his work.
Jennifer was great and explained the process that would be used over time to rid my home of the bedbugs and she was always available to answer my questions throughout the treatments. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me confidence that she and her team would make sure my home would be bed bug free once they were finished. I am happy to report that I have seen no further evidence of any bed bugs in my home. I am a very satisfied customer!!!
