Started using them when we bought a brand new home, had no issues. Missed 2 sprays due to covid and developed a problem with roaches due to heavy rain in the process. Had 2 back to back service calls and the problem was just getting worse. I got mad with the tech and his solution to the problem was to just drop us as customers. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!

First of all, I did not complain on FACEBOOK! Secondly, you need to tell the whole story or matter of fact READ the review before replying to it! The service for July was canceled due to covid! We had covid and did not want the guy coming here and getting in contact with it! Exactly what I mean people..this business is highly unprofessional!

Awesome service! They have served us for many years and bend over backwards to keep our home pest free. When there is a problem, such as a sudden concern with fleas or roaches, which can happen with excessive rain, dry periods, or extended cold periods, they take care of the problem.

They came to spray for roaches.over charged me 10 dollars. The spray did not work. TherE was still roaches every once in a while. Same as before. We didn't have that bin of a problem only once in a while we would see one. But we are still seeing them and it's been over a month since the spray. I called back up to see if they could spray again and they refused unless I played another 50 dollars. They said it takes multiple sprays. I used to live in New Orleans where roaches are heavy populated. We had seen a few before and called a bug guy and we he sprayed it killed them all. We were seeing them dead everywhere. When hunts sprayed there was no dead roaches any where. I finally used boric acid to get rid of them because there isn't any other bug person in around Cedar Key. I wouldn't waste my money again.

Super friendly staff and very help. They went out of their way, literally, to do business with us. And their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend them.
