He was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and most especially just a wonderful person. This was my first encounter and service with this company and am most pleased. Great customer service, Julie answered all of our questions and helped through stuff we didn’t know about. Robert the tech that came to the house was very thorough. Helped us with the few issues we had and went the extra mile on a few things we didn’t even know about! Great company!

Great customer service. They were quick to respond. Matt, the technician, was wonderful. He rang the bell to let us know that he was on premise, discussed the process, & followed up with letting us know what treatments he provided. At no time did the main office, Brian, the owner, or Matt try to up sell us like some other companies. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

This was a brand new first to live in, just constructed home! Unfortunately it's located in the suburbs of a still very woodsy area. Within a week there was a massive influx of ants, including fire ants. I called Home Team Pest Defense who within 24 hrs were at my home. I waited a few days because they seemed to almost instantly start disappearing and I didn't want to prematurely give a good review.
Now here I am ant free. Also there were a few Critters in the garage who have also vanished. This company does AWESOME work. Don't waste time trying somewhere else.
They gave me instant "peace of mind"!

Dependable, friendly, and no pests! Chris calls before he comes, checks in with a report after he finishes, and then tells us to call between scheduled visits if we any issues. Amazing business - highly recommend.
