Gene Criswell is the BEST! Since he's been doing the service (4 years now) I have noticed the biggest difference, not noticing near as many bugs in my house. Not only does he provide a 5 star service, he very considerate of my schedule and always contacts me ahead of time.

Our specialist Chelsea Robert's is always respectful, professional and courtesy to all of our residents. She always makes sure to ask questions and get to the root of the problem so that she can solve it. She goes above and beyond to ensure that she's doing her job effectively and efficiently. Chris was nothing short of amazing! He was very thorough, made sure to explain what exactly needed to be done, and took care of the issue at hand in an effective and timely manner. Before choosing Florida Pest in Starke, I made sure to do my homework on other pest control companies in the area to be sure I was making the right decision. Well I give a 5 star rating to my technician Gene Criswell but not tovthe company. Gene is so pleasant and professional. The company that Florida Pest Control was sold to has made this company go down hill. You use to be able to go to the building and deal with things. Also I had set day and time that the technician would come. Not any more.
