    The manager here is very kind. I'm sure their oest control services are fine,, but don't pay to have moss removed. He came out and looked at our trees and said there was nothing he could do. We paid several hundred dollars to have them sprayed for moss....one of FPC's big offers. In 2 years, nothing had improved...if anything, the moss is WORSE. PLEASE don't waste your money. His answer was the chemical had changed and it wasn't as effective as the old stuff they used to use. If that's true, then WHY use it. The other reason was they no longer had the same pump, so the spray won't reach tall trees. If that's the case, WHY didn't you tell me that when you sprayed my trees? And I watched them spray...it went pretty high....the moss in these pictures was covered in the spray....it just didn't KILL it. He even told me he'd spray them again IF I RENTED A LIFT! Seriously? I'm just so very disappointed.

    I always have such a great experience with this pest control company. They are very professional and make sure you are satisfied with your service before they leave. The technicians are very professional. Florida Pest Control of Lake City has serviced my home quarterly for over 25 years..They also take care of my Termite Service yearly..You can completely trust this company..

    Was able to continue the termite contract our builder started with them and was put on a 4x annual pest control plan. We haven't seen any more crawling bugs inside even with the rain, highly recommend. Very friendly employees that explain everything in detail and all of their products are pet-friendly which means a lot to us with our 4 small dogs.

    My experience with the Starke location: techs Chase and Chris are family oriented, easy to talk to about any problems you have, very professional, if you have a problem they will do their best to fix it. As far as calling the office I would suggest to speak with Jennifer she also is very professional when handling your issue, easy to talk with and has manners, Susan is not professional, very rude real quick to blame a tech when she is in the wrong, also change your schedule date and not notify you of the change. I have been a customer for almost a year now and have been patient with the non communications when my schedule gets changed or the several changing of techs without being notified to the point where when you call the office to find out what's going on the person who answers is Susan (who is a Karen by the way) when I ask her nicely where my tech is and explains who I am and that this is my scheduled day , she rudely states that I have to understand that things happen I where people are on vacation, or are sick, or techs get moved to do other jobs, also states that it is the techs job to call the customer the night before to let them know they are coming the next day, mind you I thought that's why we get a scheduled day then proceeds to tell me that anew tech will be at my home Friday after I've already waited 6 days he was supposed to be at my house last Friday, so now I have to wait till after Thanksgiving and be punished by still having to pay for a service that should have already been done due to your lack of communication I have waited all day at my home for someone to show or a call nothing and that's the answer I get from Susan the Karen mind you not once during the phone call was I disrespectful to her . The stars would have been a 5 but since this has not been my first encounter with this problem they will stay a 3 with me hopefully something can be done with her before you have no customer's due to Susan's lack of professionalism and ability to fi the issue with sending someone out, instead says no they will be out the Friday after Thanksgiving and that was the end of the phone call. Not a happy customer.

    I called them on a quote for yearly termite and bug treatment A guy came out look at my house gave me a $900 quote. Once I showed him there quote from 1 year ago that was 1/3 the price he said I’ll get back with you tomorrow lol I’ve reached out to him 3 different times for over a month and he always says I’ll message you tomorrow this place is a joke
