Called today for renewal of prepaid for year, just like I have for 3-4 years prior, they could not find me in their system even though they sent me a letter reminder of servicers. Then their female employees just hung up on me. WOW EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Sept 3 2022 update Today got another bill for this month treatment of 79.00 dollars, like I mentioned in previous review I pay for the whole year. It's very confusing when you guys do that. It used to be handled by technicians great guys would just come perform treatment, technician would advise it was prepaid or it was the last treatment for the year, now this bill unknown if my year is up or what? I randomly got a fire ant infestation in my home after living here for three months. I called Florida Pest Control and they were very specific on the routine. I had somebody out the next day to do a walk through and tell me what was best for me. They were very good on the price. The next day, I had another guy come out and put bait throughout the inside and outside of my home. Not only for ants, but spiders and cockroaches as well. I’ve not seen any since. It’s suppose to last 3 months, and any time in between if I have any issues I can call them and they will come back out free or charge. That’s good service! Would definitely recommend them if needed, or if just to be proactive instead of reactive!
We bought a home that previously had a contract since the 1980’s, for which that owner has since passed away. We continued to get bills wanting us to pay for future services we did not sign up for. Finally we received a notice saying the contract was canceled since we did not pay. GREAT, RIGHT? No! That did not stop them from then sending out a salesman unannounced to then hassle us in person. Y’all, if we do not contact you do not harass us. Declined. Good bye. Stop.
We paid a lot of money for a termite bond and we also pay for quarterly pest control. When the salesman, Hugh, was soliciting the sale of the services, I had high hopes. He promised many things, excellent pest control, termite service with a guarantee if we ever found termites. It started out great. I never really looked at the invoices, just paid them. Recently, I began looking at the termite inspection invoice. It stated that there were inaccessible areas that could not be inspected. First, we have a large completely accessible crawl space and walk in attic. No one ever asked to go in it. No one ever even came inside the house. I called the office to ask why this would be. Not only did I receive avoidance from the office, I received and explanation from Hugh ( who came out on a rainy day with no pre-call to try to appease us) that it would always be this way. This is their way of not having to be responsible for any damage occurring from future termites. It’s a scam. Our quarterly pest technician, Crystal, does a great job. The office does not return phone calls, emails, etc. However, they are never late mailing the invoices. I’m not happy with the office staff or our salesman, Hugh, for the follow up service we’ve had to any concerns as a valued customer. We apparently are not valued customers, just an invoice that needs to be paid.
Took my money then never showed. Excuse after excuse while my lawn is being eaten by webworms. I'd be out of business if I was as horrible as you. Customers BEWARE!!
