    Update: We had some serious problems with our lawn as the photos would indicate. Initially, I was very disappointed because my research suggested that Falcon was my best choice for economical, quality lawn service. The first few months of service were great and then the problems occurred. It took a while to reach upper level management, but once this happened, good things started to happen again. In fact, we discovered that the owner, Mr Louis Witherington, takes any deficiencies in the quality of his service very seriously. He became personally involved and proffered a treatment plan that would ensure a lawn that appropriately displayed the company distinction among lawn care providers. Photos show improvements in a couple months. For now, we will continue service with Falcon and hope the lapse was an anomaly, or perhaps an incident that led to a change in policy or procedure. Nevertheless, it was nothing short of impressive to see the level of engagement, up to the owner, to ensure a certain standard, reputation and quality.

    Choosing Falcon Lawn and Pest has been the absolute biggest mistake we have made when it comes to hiring services for our home in the Villages. We hired Falcon upon the completion of our home in August 2019 - the pictures attached to this review shows the side of the yard that has lost all grass coverage - other areas of the yard had different types of weeds and thinned coverage. For the purposes of this review we also had Falcon services for two additional addresses. We chose to pay for all of our services upfront on all of the accounts and this is where our issues began. As our services were coming towards the 12 months one of our address had been turned over to "collections" for nonpayment - the service/invoices that were turned into collections just so happened to be for work that was authorized by our sales rep "Mark" to accommodate for issues with our yards - It should also be noted that the sales rep Mark is/was the highlight of Falcon as he was very responsive and attentive when setting up our accounts. Upon learning of a past due invoice we called the office and spoke with an office employee named Barbara. After explaining to great lengths this was supposed to be a free service we ended up having to pay the $150 to remove it from collections - in addition we requested confirmation that no other money was owed and we wanted to close all of the accounts. So at this point - our yard was still a mess - especially the area the photos are showing - we didn't get any free services to make up for the lack of service on our account - and there was no remedy to repairing the area that was lacking grass. We emailed our sales rep Mark with what was taking place and he confirmed in the email that these were in fact ordered by him at no charge but that we needed to take it up with the office. At this point the office manager - Annetta returned a phone call that we had placed. This office manager by far was the rudest - most condescending individual that we have ever encountered. The entire time she refused to acknowledge the damaged yard or the services our sales rep had requested at no charge. Fortunately due to our home surveillance cameras and us speaking on speaker phone - her poor and chastising attitude was all captured on video. HOWEVER as if this wasn't the end - she also claimed that we now owed an ADDITIONAL $194 on our account from services that were provided within the last few days! We had reps from the office come by our home approximately 3 weeks ago from the date of this review - and to date ZERO has been done by Falcon to refund the $150+ from the charges we paid despite our sales rep giving them for free, the $194 of new charges has arrived in the mail as past due, and we had to spend $1,300 to replace the sod on the side of our home. AS WELL AS WE HAVE NOW HIRED ANOTHER SERVICE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT OUR YARDS. The overwhelming number of our neighbors all told us to go with the company that we have now hired from the beginning but for the sake of saving a few dollars per year we made the regretful mistake of trying out Falcon Lawn and Pest. Not only is their service lacking but the horrid attitude you receive from Annetta will make offset any savings worth it. Unfortunately for Mark our sales rep and the other office staff - they all have positive customer friendly attitudes - however that stops with Annetta. Anyone questioning the validity of this claim - make it a priority to look at yard signs throughout your neighborhood and you will rarely spot a Falcon Lawn and Pest sign compared to others. Lastly, before typing this review I attempted to call the field manager Glenn for Falcon who came by our house three weeks ago and have still not heard back from him.

    Great company. Easy to communicate with, reliable and effective. They come out quickly in between treatments if we see signs of activity.

    TERRIBLE LAWN SERVICE. When they were Falcon I had a really good green lawn. This year I had one of the worst lawns on the block with ARROW. MAYBE THEY SHOULD STICK TO EXTERMINATING BUGS THEY MIGHT BE BETTER AT THAT ???
