I just signed up with this company in October. I have had one treatment so far and my next is this week. I am so pleased to be using them. Our techs name is John. He knocked on the door the first day and helped me bring in my decor. I’m hoping we have him again. He treated and left. Fast and I haven’t had any issues since. I called to find out how the schedule works and the woman I spoke to on the after hours service explained my schedule and asked if I wanted to be in the two days ahead call for my Xmas decor outside. I said absolutely! They left an automated voicemail this afternoon. So far I am super happy and excited to see more results from this company. I appreciate the proactiveness of this company so far as well. You guys are great! Thank you!

Highly recommended company! Larry is fantastic and made sure I thoroughly understood all treatment options relevant to my pest control needs. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain and discuss everything with me. Thanks, Larry!

I can say I have a lawn service I can depend on to make my lawn back to green & healthy though it’s only a service had been done I can feel Adam way of explaining his job & the treatment he will render, it seems reliable.

Paul is amazing. I love the fact that each service associate has a designated area. This really builds a great rapport with families and the service associate. The service that Paul provides to me and my mom Ia outstanding. We love Bug Out and appreciate that bugs do not make it far in our homes :-)

Wish my GF did not insist on using this company. She just doesnt want to see bugs.
I went 6 months without being serviced, because i did not pay.
I called to get the service back, and they told me i had to pay 3 full months. I did this.
Then, ON THE DAY of service, the "sales mananger" called and said i had to pay the other 3 months, or they would not service me, even though I already paid 3 of the 6 months that service was not done at all in.
They know that if they had tried to charge me 6 months up front, I would not have paid and gone with a different (and almost definitely better) company.
They refuse to let me pay in quarterly installments, but only come out once quarterly. Just an overall shady buisness. What kind of buinsess makes you pay monthly for quarterly service?
