I hired stark exterminators to deal with my ant issue in my kitchen. Since the initial visit I have had to have them come out 2 more times and am still dealing with the issue just now all over my home. I called this past Friday explaining that the ants are still here and I could have created a borax acid and peanut butter trap myself for $3 and saved $145 hiring them. I was told a manger would give me a call back on Monday and here it is Wednesday night and I still haven’t heard from them. Save your money and hire another company.

Stark are professional and dependable. They send reports via email after every visit to the home. Currently, I use them only for a monthly spray (have been doing so for several years), but I wouldn't hesitate to use them for additional services if I needed to. Customer service via phone in their offices have always been helpful and accommodating.

We have used Apex/Stark for years. We moved recently to an area farther away they don’t service but still have a couple properties in the area still serviced by Stark. I took for granted how good Stark’s customer service and professionalism was. Wish our other pest company was as good as Stark is!

Stark has helped us set up services at our new home. They helped us choose the services we needed and have been on point throughout the whole process. Their technicians and sales arrived on time and were well prepared, knowledgeable and friendly. Their salesperson was honest and didn't try to upsell me either! We're happy with our services.
