What a great experience! Not only do I feel confident that I won't see any pests, I felt safe my pets would not have adverse effects from chemicals used, which is very important to us. The service men were pleasant and helpful in explaining their processes.

I hired stark exterminators to deal with my ant issue in my kitchen. Since the initial visit I have had to have them come out 2 more times and am still dealing with the issue just now all over my home. I called this past Friday explaining that the ants are still here and I could have created a borax acid and peanut butter trap myself for $3 and saved $145 hiring them. I was told a manger would give me a call back on Monday and here it is Wednesday night and I still haven’t heard from them. Save your money and hire another company.

10/22/2024. Response to owner. How about you stop sending letters claiming a $300.00 debt to all your customers with my name? There, now you don't need my name and phone number. What else you got
10/20/2024 Update: you do Not have permission to trespass on my property to remove "Sentriscam stations" around my property. I'll alert the HOA and you legally must honor the posted Private Property signs.
Even if I needed thier services to protect myself from the "boogie termites" I wouldn't use Stark due to thier crummy business practices.

John was friendly and professional, re-stated the service plan, utilized pet-safe products, and asked to be notified if the control measures taken weren't effective.

We like that the technical is courteous, asks questions regarding potential pests, and schedules visits in advance. The technician was also very careful around a gopher turtle nest bordering our property. Great job!
