Very responsive when called to deal with bug related issues but routine maintenance (spider webs, spray) only so-so. I like the people.
One day later- after posting this Price contacted me and came out to resolve the issues. Great service. Now 5 star!

My experience with Price over the last 4-5 years has been nothing but positive. Reasonably priced service with excellent customer service aspect. My guy, Steven, is the best-always informative and responsive to my questions or concerns, he coordinates his visits courteously with attention to my specific dog-related issues. If I call with an issue in between regular servicing - he responds asap! Highly recommend this company and their employees!

We’ve had Price services since purchasing our home in Indian Harbor Beach. I can’t say enough about the staff in the field and in the office . Kyle has been taking great care of our property and couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend this service to friends and neighbors. Thank you guys for outstanding customer service.

I am impressed with the service, communication, and especially with the complete riddance of pests with Price.
I had a few cockroaches, they were able to tell me what kind they were, how they travel, what they are attrcted by, where they hide, the severity, the possible outcome from treatment, and gave me a solid quote.
After two treatments, I haven't seen a single bug. Also, my spider problem was fixed too. Not sure if that was part of the treatment, but so thankful.
I had to cancel a last minute appointment, and they were able to keep me from being charged, which was a concern for me right now.
I wish I could leave two reviews at the same time. I had such a bad experience with a different company, Stark, last year, so I was expecting pushback or some lies from Price. Every, I mean EVERY person at Price is so kind to speak with. I had to steel myself everytime I called Stark. The office lady was so awful. At Price, even the online chat experience was prompt and capable of handling my requests. It was a totally different experience.
Overall, I have experienced the best customer service with Price! I will refer anyone to them.
