I have been a Massey bi-monthly lawn and annual termite customer for many years, and have had them check and repair my irrigation system as well. I used to be a satisfied customer.
Not any more.
Communication and the quality of service have really deteriorated in recent months, and there is a lack of a customer service attitude in several of the managers and techs.
It seems like there has been a lot of employee turnover.
I would especially warn against using their irrigation service as the current manager is rude and disingenuous.
I hope Chris will continue to come by and do a good job on my lawn every 2 months, as he has shown himself willing to communicate and listen to and address my concerns. I hope that I don't need my termite warranty, since I doubt it would be honored by Massey if I did have an issue.
I prepaid for the year in April, so I'll have some time to look for another company for my irrigation issues first, and then for the lawn and termite contracts for next spring.
Massey used to have me believing that they could do it all, including indoor pest control, which I have used on an as-needed basis, just like their irrigation services, but I have lost trust in them over the last few months.
I hope they retire their "Expect more...and get it" slogan. It's no longer true, in my experience. 😞

So far I'm not impressed. I talked to a neighbor of mine because he has a nice lawn. He says he has been using Massey for their services. When i called Massey, they didn't seem to hesitate to come here and give use an estimate. Was almost twice the price that we expected, but we decidedto stillgo with them. They set up the appointment for Wednesday to come do the treatment. Wednesday afternoon they called me to set up an appointment. I told them they they were supposed to come today. They person didn't know what I was talking about and found out that the person was sick and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for Saturday. .we wanted to get an idea when they would be here, but they said they couldn't. I cut the grass and had to move some plants around so they can get better access, but Saturday came and went (no call and no show). Communication is very bad.
I hope things change for the better or well have to not only change our lawn service, but also pest service as well.
UPDATE: The serviceman came a couple days later. There was no call or notification that he was coming. But he was a nice gentleman that was able to answer my questions.
Later, when I talked to my wife, she said that the sale associate said that the grass will fill in itself (the bear spots), and that they will seed the area. But when I talked to the service man that came to the house, he said the grass bare spots will not fill in and that any seeding will need to be done ourselves.
For improvement, I definitely suggest that you better your communication to your customers. I know shown grass improvement will take a long, hopefully it will be worth it.

I have had Massey pest control for a little over 3 years. I really cannot praise them enough. The lady in the office, Bobbie and the technician David are Pros. These two have the best customer service skills and are genuinely nice.

Brookside Property Management hired this company for pest control in the apartments. Rude young guy came in and left in less than 3 minutes saying it’ll work for the German roaches. Guess what? They’re still crawling in from other apartments and I still have to use other products to sort of control any infestation. Do yourself a favor and hired someone else.

I’ve been a pest control customer with Massey for over 10 years and have had excellent service at a great price!
I just signed up to have Massey help me with weed control on my lawn. I wished I had looked into it sooner! I didn’t because I mistakenly thought I wouldn’t be able to afford the service.
How wrong I was! The service is much more affordable than trying to buy the treatments and equipment myself, then spending my time applying it. never mind the hours I spent online teaching myself about how to safely choose what to buy, how to apply it, etc.
If you are thinking about getting help with pests or your lawn, do contact Massey!
