This company used to be great until they sold to a huge company that is out of town. You used to be able to get somebody on the phone now its all automated. I've been trying to cancel my service for over 1 month but I can't get anybody on the phone and they keep charging my credit card. Stay away from this company and hire someone who answers the phone.

Dave is beyond amazing. He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed with his treatments. We are thrilled with his service and he's always on time. In the past (when we lived down south) our bug guy was hit-and-miss. But Dave is always on time, and you can tell he really cares about his job. I wouldn't trust my pest control to anyone else. Thanks Dave for your help and kindness, as always.

William Schullerman recommended T.A.P. Insulation for our attic space to not only help save us a good amount on our energy bill but to also rid us of a silverfish bug issue. We had a value of R49 installed and have seen greatly improved energy bills along with no more silverfish. William Schullerman checks with us on a regular basis to make sure we are happy and to see if there are any other services we might require. Thank you for having such conscientious employees!

I'm writing this review in regards the job Mr. James Winfield from Florida Pest Control has done for me today. Mr. Winfield has just been newly assigned to my buildings this month (I manage an apartment complex). I wanted to make sure to say that he, as other pest control specialists from Florida Pest Control have done in the past, reliably "knock it out of the park" with the work they've done for me and my company.
Any issues with pests have always been taken care of in a timely and professional manner, and consistently yielded favorable results.
I especially enjoyed this visit as my first time meeting Mr. Winfield. This being because he made sure while he was doing a thorough and stellar job I've come to expect. He carried himself in a way that came across as professional and approachable for any questions or concerns I may have had.
A sincere thank you again Mr. Winfield, until the next visit sir!

Dave gave excellent service. He gave us an honest and far price Explained in full detail what was to be expected before and up to treatment. He went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure my family was well taken care of.
