Overall my husband & I have been very satisfied with the service from Florida Pest Control & the technician Chelsea Roberts. Chelsea notifies of upcoming visits & holds to the time frame of the scheduled appointment. She is thorough when doing the inspection & treatment. Always pleasant, professional, respectful of our property & pet Snowball. She is knowledgeable about what products are pet safe. And products needed to spot treat for 1 time occurrences should they occur. She provides education to minimize any possible pest problems. She provides us with a detailed treatment service invoice which includes products used and if there are trouble areas or not. Gives me peace of mind when I see the words no pest or rodent activity seen 🙂.
There are other pest control services out there. We stay with FPC because of its excellence in providing quality, affordable, efficient pest control and the remarkable care & attention to detail provided by technician Chelsea Roberts.

Gene Criswell is the BEST! Since he's been doing the service (4 years now) I have noticed the biggest difference, not noticing near as many bugs in my house. Not only does he provide a 5 star service, he very considerate of my schedule and always contacts me ahead of time.
