I had another pest control service that was lacking. After trying to get them to take care of the problem that didn't occur until months into their service, I called Live Oak Pest Control to see if something could be done. I explained to the kind lady on the phone what was going on and what needed to change. She took note and sent someone out. Almost instantaneously, the problem was taken care of, no more bugs and everyone I've spoken to has been kind and professional.

If I could leave a review without selecting even 1 star I would. They don't guarantee that they can get rid of your problem even if you as a homeowner/renter are doing your part such as cleaning and keeping clutter at bay. When trying to explain my expectations I was met with rudeness and sarcasm, with the supervisor pointing out that we live in the country in Florida and that the likelihood of not seeing any insect/bug is slim to none. However, my concern is for german roaches brought in by others who have been in my home but no longer live here. My house is kept pristine and I simply asked of within a few months (6 tops) if my problem could be resolved and was not able to get a guarantee on that. These people just want your money and don't want to actually help you get rid of your problem that your PAYING them for in my opinion. Called another company and got a guarantee in minutes. Very rude and inadequate service from Live oak pest control. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

By far the best pest folks I have ever had. My bugs are gone for good. I also got put on a plan to keep bugs away.
