If you only work in 2 zip codes, and you get calls outside that zipcode:That’s not a qualified call. If some kid calls and ask you about a pc game with pest. That’s not a qualified call

Log in to our back office, with the username and password you got for us. Here is a screenshot of our back office for live calls, where you can see it. When you look at the right corner under “Action”, you see “Dispute” click there. Then we listen to it and if the call was not qualified, we charge you back the amount
