I have to give a 3 star rating due to lack of getting appointments like I need them. I have struggled for almost 2 months to get the service I am needing. The only saving grace I have found is CHELSEA ROBERTS! I have called the service center, texted/called a manager and Chelsea is the only one who has ALWAYS answered and fixed my problems. She has listened to my frustration and NEVER gave me the run around. I am grateful for her! She has the best customer service attitude and work ethics. In all honesty I would have given up and found a different company to work with if it wasn’t for her. This company needs to find more employees like her.

Gene Criswell has been our Pest Control technician for 25+ years and he has been outstanding. It is like a family member taking care of you! He is so genuine, caring and personable! He is just the best!
