I have never had one single occurrance since installation. My tenant has not said anything to me. Landlords love this!
I have been So Completely Satified with the results of Ratchet Pest Control, two more of my rental properties were completed this past year.
Anyone having a mice because of your off grade or crawl space under your house. Ratchet with out do a Top company I had used for 3 years just draining money from me. I paid $1200 for an extraction then the quarterly payment for years.
Ratchet out performs Companies 100 times there size.

This was a wonderful experience with Ratchet roach pest control. We purchased our home about a year ago and started seeing German roaches in the kitchen.
I called and spoke with Mia. She was attentive and professional on the phone and did a good job answering my questions. She set up an appointment same day for Darryl to come out and inspect my problem.
Big shout to Darryl for his demeanor and friendliness. Very informative and seems to enjoy what he does. He inspected the issue and we agreed on the approach. He sprayed inside, out and behind every appliance. Put a “dust” behind the power outlets and applied a gel in my cabinets. We have not seen a roach since! Very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely use again.
Ask Darryl about his clean eating lifestyle!! It’s fascinating!

This is the BEST Pest Control company my family and I have ever worked with to handle multiple concerns. From the customer service via phone starting with Mia to Darryl and the team in the field, they have ALWAYS been committed to a personal touch with my elderly Mom in a 60 plus year home.
For the past 6 weeks, we have experienced excellent professional services that is rooted in integrity, consistency, timeliness, highly effective communication skills, care and concern for an older adult, high levels of expertise, resourcefulness and overall commitment to the extensive need to the job at hand.
This team has also been extremely patient, accommodating, and patient. This pest issue has been extremely stressful for us trying to help care for our elderly mother.
I would give this team a million stars for ALL that they have done for us thus far and will continue to do.

High quality, professional, and top notch service! I couldn't recommend these guys more! I had an unexpected rodent problem that absolutely terrified me. Daryl was very knowledgeable and honest with me when I had questions for him. He was very thorough when he inspected my home to see what the issue could be and then told me the plan of attack and how they would take care of the rodent issue. It was very unsettling being in my home for a few days but when the technician Bill came over to set everything up to start getting the rodents out I was feeling a little more at ease. Bill also answered all my questions and boy did I have a ton of questions for him! He went above and beyond to protect my home and relieve the stress I was feeling knowing rodents were coming inside my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond! If I could give this company 10 stars I would in a heart beat! They care, work with your schedule, and are reasonable! I'm so beyond GRATEFUL for this team!! Everyone I've been in contact with throughout this entire process has been so friendly, kind, and has so much patience! That's exactly what you need when you are put through a stressful situation!
